A look at half-bound seated forward fold, which lengthens the backs of legs and released and stretches the lower back as well. It has benefits similar to regular paschimottanasana with the added benefit of developing the upper spine and shoulder gurdle as well. Beware of Your legs when getting into the fold, especially, if You have any issues with the knees and/or hamstrings. This pose is therapeutic for people with lower back tension.
