We will move through some yoga exercises for sciatica, tight low back and hamstring issues. These exercises should be fairly accessible even if Your range of motion and flexibility are quite limited. The class includes seated hip stretches, spinal twists and relaxation for the lumbar area of the spine. You will need a chair for this practice.
