This is a short intermediate practice, which includes sun salutes, standing poses and supine exercises. Poses include trikonasana, anjaneyasana and parivrtta ardha chandrasana. A couple of options for handstanding will be given to more advanced practitioners, but feel free to skip over them, if they are not suitable to Your personal level. This is a good practice to wake up the body and revive the mind.
