Similarly to the half pose, full hanumanasana deeply stretches the legs and groins. By keeping the torso perpendicular to the floor, this pose turns into a mild backbend as well. Keep in mind that this is however a strong intermediate-to-advanced asana, which should be approached carefully and patiently, be mindful not to jam Your legs straight and force Yourself violently into the pose. Not to be practiced with leg, knee, groin or hip issues, as well as strong back pain.
