A true beginner´s class, where we move through surya namaskar A and very basic standing poses, namely variations of anjaneyasana to begin to open up the body. Later on, we slow things down in a deep hip opener and enjoy some relaxation to top it off. Hopefully, this class can spark some interest to carry on praciticing and ingrain dedication to yoga among beginners. Namaste and thanks for sharing Your energy!
