Another beginner level class, where we take on the traditional salutation, more familiar to hatha yoga and then move on to tackle humble warrior pose, which is really a variation of virabhadrasana I. Stay patient as You challenge Your balance and bare in mind that a yogi is not he, who is always flawless in his asana practice, but comes back to the asana when he falls out of it. In this class we take care of the lower back and that is why, there will be no back arching during the standing postures. Towards the end, we slow down the pace and focus on more therapeutic alignment of the spine. Finishing off with shavasana, corpse pose, as usual, so please feel free to stay and rest for as long as You please!
