This shorter practice is a dynamic flow class, where we tackle numerous standing poses to then sore into the warriors - virabhadrasana I, II and III. We start with a few salutations and options for jumping onto hands are given for yogis, who wish to take them. We sprinkle the session with a bit of core work and then resort to mild back bending and hip conditioning. Finishing off in corpse position, please feel free to stay in relaxation as long as is necessary to release tension. This is a nice, energizing class to take in the middle of the day - Enjoy!
