This is a through and thorugh restorative session for those days when You feel overworked and too tense to go to more active practice. We use half an hour to move through supported forward folds and a long propped up backbend. Poses are held longer, in order to give the body and mind necessary time and space to unwind, relax and rejuvenate. We use supine bound angle pose - supta baddhakonasana - instead of a regular corpse pose to finish off and open ourselves up even more. Join us and peel off tension, layer by layer! You will need a bolster, a blanket, two pillows and a small towel for this class.
