A medium-length meditation focusing on the horizontal flow of energy. Similarly to another meditation I guided, we work with the energy around us and let it pass through our spiritual heart centre laterally. As with vertical meditation, we use visualizations to enhance our connection to loving, kind and peaceful energy. Compared to the vertical technique, this one will leave You feeling more calm and is a good way to cultivate kind behaviour towards others, awaken loving attitudes, samaritanism and altruism - Om shanti.
