Although categorized as beginner level, this class can be of benefit to practitioners in every stage of their yoga evolution, as we combine longer holds with basic, foundational asanas. This in turn will energize us and build strength in our bodies. Be mindful and listen to Your true Self - If You really feel that You are not able to maintain the poses with integrity for as long as in the instruction, know that child´s pose (or any other resting place) is always an option. If You find it less challenging to stay in the poses, pay extra attention to Your alignment, which we cover during the session as well. This is a good way to ground down, break a sweat and wind down, as we slowly move towards seated and supine positions towards the end. Namaste.
