Some pointers about alignment, preparation and headstanding exercizes will be given that help practitioners build the necessary courage to explore salamba sirsasana. Please be mindful of Your level and condition, before You attempt the pose and know that trying it out against the wall is a normal way to begin. You will see in this tutorial that a certain level of flexibility and range of motion in joints will make the ascent and descent into and from sirsasana more accessible and smooth.
