A 20/20 class where we spend half of the time on breath work and other half on hamsa meditation. In the beginning, we will work with viloma, kumbhaka and anuloma pranayama to balance our energy. We will then move on to meditate on the ancient nirguna mantra hamsa, which shifts focus from the individual to oneness. The mantra is used as a meditation tool, which should help us realize our true being, as well as balance our polarities. It is held that hamsa technique stands for spiritual grace and was used by the Buddha himself to reveal his own true nature.
