If You´re having problems with digestion, this is the ultimate yoga class for You! We use more than 2 hours to move through various poses and exercizes that impact the belly organs, to improve and optimize their work. This class plays out more like a hatha yoga session, but we include a bit of vinyasa elements as well to get the body flowing for a while. The asanas include navasana, vayurasana, apanasana, revolved standing postures, seated folds, core work and nauli kriya from the Shatkarmas (the six cleansing techniques). There will be options for handstanding and headstanding, which makes this mixed level class suitable for intermediate and advanced practiotioners.
