This is a mini-workshop introducing the traditional vinyasa or sun salutation A to beginner level practitioners. We use an hour to break down this sequence of poses and then put it back together again towards the end. The vinyasa is something that we often find ourselves doing in asana practice, so it is highly important to take the time and patience to properly learn it, as this minimizes risk of injury in the future.
