Suitable class for those days when You feel that lower body is tight, swollen and tired from performing repetitive movements all day long, such as standing or sitting. We use props and time to calm the brain and release the body gently. Focus is on the legs and groins, as we move through supported upavistha konasana and supta virasana, among other poses. We will end with viparita karani with our legs up the wall, to restore fatigued legs even more and reverse the blood flow. You will need some blankets, a bolster and a wall space for this session.
