We use three pranayama techniques - victorious breath, bellows breath and sun piercing breath - to enhance energy flow in the Pingala nadi, which corresponds to our right nostril. This energy channel relates with action, male characteristics, sun and heat, which makes this class suitable when we feel in need of activation and warmth in our system. The effect of these exercises is energizing and uplifting, so I wouldn´t recommend performing them late in the evening, as You might have trouble falling asleep afterwards.
