Arm balance tutorial, where we take a look at crow pose in a matter of 20 minutes. I will show some preparation exercises and talk about the bare essentials, which help us approach the pose and eventually execute it. Of course it goes without saying that this posture should be practiced with caution, as it is more advanced and involves considerable strength and preparedness. Bakasana is good for the abdominal region (both interior and exterior), strengthens the arms and wrists, stretches the upper back and opens the groins. Please note that it is not suitable for people with carpal tunnel syndrome and is not to be practiced during pregnancy.
