A short meditation session suitable for beginner level practitioners. In this seance, we work with the chest region or what is energetically known as the heart level, which is associated with emotions, acceptance and empathy. This is a good practice for times, when we feel unsure, insecure and battle with fear. This could also be a useful adjustment to overcome fear of strange places and people, as it shifts tension and nervousness to welcoming, loving and calm energy.
