This is a nice yin yoga class, where we focus on the lower body (hips, groins, legs). Our peak poses include ardha hanumanasana for hamstrings and calves, supta virasana for knees and quadriceps, and ardha mandukasana for groins and hips. To make this a more meditative experience, I invite You to practice in silence. I will lead You through the class with less verbal instructions than usual, so there will be plenty of long and quiet holds. Om shanti.
