In this Estonian guided seance, we will do three breathing exercises, which help to liberate and balance our energy. The techniques include emphasized exhalation and alternate nostril breathing. Pranayama will be followed by a 20 minute meditation, where we work with the vertical axis or midline of our being and move energy along that axis.
