A challenging class for advanced practitioners, where vinyasa flow is sprinkled with arm balances. Be ready to incorporate inversions and intermediate to advanced poses into Your asana practice, as we move through eka pada koundiyanasana I and II, tittibhasana, parsva bakasana, sirsasana and adho mukha vrksasana. We will use three flow sets, one of which will be based on mandala vinyasa taking us around the mat. Towards the end we will work on some arm balance transitions and then cool it down with nice deep stretches on our backs.
