This class is all about parivrtta asanas incorporated into our vinyasa flow. Be prepared to sweat and work, as we twist the spine and move through strong standing poses such as parivrtta utkatasana, parivrtta parsvakonasana and parivrtta trikonasana. We also take some time to try out headstand, so find some wall space for support, if relevant to Your level. Revolved theme will also reflect during our hip stretches, as we put a bit of twisting action into fire log pose and cow face pose. Our back bend will be urdhva dhanurasana with options for drop back and stand up. We then take rest in shavasana and top the practice off with seated meditation - Enjoy!
