The fourth video of our Pratyahara series. We will focus on the tasting sense and You will need a small glass of water for that. The seance is divided into three parts or ´three sips´. After the first sip of water we will allow the taste to create a reaction and analyse it. The second sip will have us working with sense withdrawal and we try to neutralise our inner landscape. For the last sip, we will distance our mind from the taste sense and not experience consequences from drinking water. Pratyahara bridges the gap between Pranayama and Dharana, moving the practitioner from energy control to concentration and thus closer to complete meditation.
