In this slightly shorter flow class, we will work dynamically and keep the body moving throughout the standing sequence. Some of the standing poses are ardha chandrasana, parsvakonasana and virabhadrasana II, eventually bringing us into ´dancing warrior´. The standing sequence is followed by a seated one with longer holds, including poses like Marichyasana I and ardha hanumanasana working up to full hanumanasana, which will be our peak pose for the class. Back bend of choice will be topped off with a slower closing sequence and a nice relaxation in savasana. Thanks for practicing, namaste.
