This is our first office yoga class and we start by offering some simple stretches for the neck and shoulders, which can easily be done right at the office desk. As a result of our posture while sitting and working with the computer, the upper body may get compressed and tense. This sequence is perfect for unblocking stuck energy in the upper body and the upper back.
