Another shorter seance focusing on the upper back area and the shoulder girdle. We use a number of supported forward folds to release the legs and provide the upper back with a deep passive stretch. This is also a good sequence to open the heart and the rib cage. On an energetic level, these exercises can help to cultivate empathy and awaken the heart center or anahata chakra.
