In this hour long class, we will work on surya namaskar B, standing poses (e.g. parivrtta ardha chandrasana) and backbends. Seated set will involve hip openers and we finish with a nice closing sequence to unwind properly. All in all, this is a very compact vinyasa and asana class for strong intermediate practitioners. Feel free to stay in shavasana as long as You please or top the session off with a seated meditation, if it´s a part of Your sadhana.
