This time round, I will guide You through a supine meditation in corpse pose. This half hour seance is suitable for all levels of practitioners, as maintaining an upright spine is not an issue here. We will use lots of visualization, which should keep us engaged enough to avoid falling asleep and move deeper into meditation. The theme of this meditation practice is oneness of all sentient beings and connection.
