In this seance we will do some stretches for hands and feet, as well as massage our calves and forearms using nothing but our own bodies. This is a good video for restoring the blood flow in extremities of our limbs and could be especially beneficial for those, who have mobility issues in their feet and hands. This video class could also serve as a nice warm-up for hand stand practice, as the exercises help remove stagnant energy from arms and stretch the palms and wrists.
