An interesting video seance, where the third and the seventh limb of Patanjali´s yoga come together - Asana and Dhyana, i.e. pose and meditation. Asana was originally regarded more as a seat or a seated posture, which helps to open up the body in a way that prepares the physical layer for meditating (Dhyana). We build on that theme and start with some seated asanas with longer holds. That in turn will slowly introduce the meditation practice in the second half of the seance.
