Be prepared to move and sweat in this strong intermediate practice consisting of vinyasa (in the form of salutation A) and navasana core work. We will follow a 3x(5+10) pattern, so we move through 5 salutations and 10 navasana´s to ardha navasana and do that 3 times in total. Options for inverting and handstands are given throughout the vinyasa portion of the class, so be mindful of Your personal level and feel free to skip the inversions. We finish off with a few pacifying poses and take sweet rest in savasana.
