A short meditative practice for increasing prana in our systems. Prana is known as life force energy, which ignites various functions starting with breathing. It is also said that prana is an upward flowing energy that peaks at the top of inhalations. We thus use our inhalations to access prana and meditate on it. In addition, we will hold prana mudra, which helps to absorb life force.
