This is a short beginner level practice, where we cover some asana basics. We move through sun salutation A, one standing pose, seated forward fold and twist, as well as a hip opener and supported back bend. The closing sequence of the seancé will involve apanasana exercise and a nice short shavasana. This is a good session when You´re pressed for time, but wish to squeeze in a relatively wide practice.
