What would You like to do next?
We move through three types of salutations and five poses in a matter of 20 minutes and then rest in brief corpse pose. Peak exercise of the class is back bend ustrasana or camel pose (modified will be shown as well). The only standing sequence in this seancé takes place during sun salutations, after which we move directly into seated postures. Feel free to extend the corpse pose in the end of the class.
